Night Fishing on the river with Asheville Anglers

Like any smart large predator, they generally do most of their hunting at night in the darkness while others sleep!  This is one of our favorite specialty trips that we offer.  If you are looking for a special trip for a fish of a lifetime this is the trip for you.  Generally spin fishing will be best in the dark, but if you are a seasoned fly fisher catching these giant brown trout at night on a 7wt is as good as it gets.  Be prepared to stay up all night, drink copious amounts of coffee and catch some of the biggest brown trout you’ve ever seen!
